What we do

‘Nothing ever goes away until it’s taught us what we need to know’

– Pema Chodron

Joanna is skilled in these areas:

Executive & Business coaching with focused and  measurable outcomes linked to the client’s business objectives and organisational goals.

Integral Coaching is an evolving methodology intended to be a comprehensive response to human life – its practitioners practice wisdom from East and West, whilst staying current in the frontiers of new discovery in cognitive science and other disciplines.

What makes our work Integral?

We include everything about the client and their world in the coaching, what the client is aware of as well as his potential that could be brought about through a focused approach. We look at how the client represents himself, his life, habits, relationships, body awareness, self care, as well as the amount of attention and energy that is available for change.

Integral coaching looks at the individual as well as their social context, looking at our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and intentions, as well as everything else happening physiologically.

Our social context includes our narrative or language, our culture, relationships with others and the history of the groups we come from.

Coaching is effectively building someone’s competence to better face their life or work circumstances, practically speaking as a result it involves the ability to Self Observe, Self Correct and Self Generate.

Wild Geese

You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.
